Exciting times for the TBRC!
It’s not warm enough for the river ice to melt but it’s getting close! You’ll be getting more and more emails from me and some of the other members and committee leads over the next few weeks as we get ready for the coming season. The Club is going to be a remarkably different place for all of us this season! Here are some of the big ticket items we’re working on: more elaboration to come later.
But first: if you love the Thunder Bay Rowing Club and you want it to excel, we need your help with fundraising. Bingos are by far our best income stream for the amount of effort. We NEED more club members to participate as Bingo volunteers. Even if it’s just one or two shifts a year, we really need this to fund the club and its programmes. Please reach out to Allison Langille (bingo@thunderbayrowingclub.com) to get involved. If your kids are rowing competitively, Bingos are your best friend to help fund their programs, please get involved and help out. We have one immediate spot to fill Tuesday March 4th at 7-9pm.

It’s happening, we have a team of volunteers and coaches and we’ll be putting high school crews on the water as soon as the ice is out.
